Peacefire is a global team that helps Christian leaders, churches, and organizations build healthy cultures of peace, unity, and grace. Through Biblical conflict navigation training, leadership development, and practical tools, Peacefire encourages teams and their leaders to navigate conflict with a relentless reliance on Jesus Christ, the Peacefire.

Peacefire is rooted in one unshakable truth: Jesus Christ is the source of lasting peace and reconciliation.
We encourage believers to rely on His presence within them (not their own effort - “Lo, I am with you always …"); His purpose for them (not their desired outcome - “God causes all things to work together …"); and His power (grace, love and mercy - “Love one another as I have loved you .") flowing through them as they navigate conflict.
Through Scripture-rich teaching, grace-centered tools, and Spirit-led equipping, we help individuals, leaders and ministry teams:

WHY WE EXIST
Conflict is pervasive - in marriages, families, workplace teams, churches, communities, organizations, and people groups.
Followers of Jesus Christ are empowered by God’s grace to respond differently.
We encourage believers to live out:
- the ministry of reconciliation (2 Cor. 5:18–20)
- the unity of the Holy Spirit (Eph. 4:1–3)
- the gentleness of Jesus Christ (Phil. 4:5)
- the wisdom that they receive from above (James 3:17–18)
- the peace that Jesus Himself provides (John 14:27)
